Upon admission, men must be completely abstinent from drugs and alcohol. Additionally, men must be actively working a 12-step program and are required to attend a minimum of four to five off-site meetings a week. All clients are also asked to participate in at least an hour of daily exercise. Residents develop a sober community by immersing themselves in the 12 steps and focus on improving life skills.
